Cloudways have all features i need. 24/7 support with the best support i have seen and its cheap if you compare with others managed cloud services.
I just write to them everytime i have a problem and they help (sometimes even if there is not a server problem)
And i get respons on the chat often just after a few seconds. I cant compare it with any other support.
